Matthew Falcone is an owner/managing principal within NDM Hospitality. Matthew joined his brothers in 2012 after graduating from the Dedman School of Hospitality at Florida State University.

After college, Matthew was very eager to join his brothers in business. He learned the BurgerFi business working up from the ground level. Eventually went on to overseeing and managing the whole BurgerFi division within NDM. Matthew has helped lead the way within BurgerFi by winning various franchisee awards: Franchisee of the Year, Operator of the Year, Best Year over year sales growth and Highest Guest Service scores. Matthew has also sat as the President of the marketing co-op for the south Florida region where he has helped the region lead the way in average sales volume per unit by over 15% compared to other regions. NDM has opened more than 8 BurgerFi restaurants throughout south Florida and the Orlando area and aspires to continue growth to more locations throughout the areas. As the brands first franchisees, Matthew and his brothers have helped build many of the process and procedure BurgerFi uses today throughout all stores around the country.

After building a strong team within the BurgerFi division, Matthew started focusing on operations within all NDM entities. As of today, Matthew sits as the acting Chief Operations Officer for NDM Hospitality.

Matthew sits on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization that is very close to his heart called In Jacob’s Shoes. Matthew and his family won the Lifetime Achievement award during the 2021 annual In Jacob’s Shoes event. NDM loves to show support for various other charities as well.

When Matthew is not working, he loves to spend time with his wife, Ashley; his two kids, Luca and Capri; and their mini golden doodle, Alfie.
