For over 10 years, Jaclyn Nicole Falcone, Ph.D., has been a leader in the educational leadership space. She can be credited with leading professional development in the nonprofit sector at NonProfits First and for her contributions to the STEAM initiative in South Florida. She holds a doctoral degree in adult and community education with an emphasis in organizational leadership and development. She describes herself as a lifelong learner, a maximizer with a great appreciation for the beauty and excellence in our world.

Jaclyn started her journey with NDM Hospitality at its inception in 2011, working evenings and weekends at the company’s first restaurant, BurgerFi, alongside her husband, Nick, and his brothers. Her role has evolved with the business and today combines her passion for education, philanthropy, and professional development of the whole team member, exemplified through their “Win from Within” and “NDM Gives Back” philanthropy programs.

She continues to stay active in university academia as an adjunct professor in Organizational Leadership and facilitates learning daily as a mother to children Nicholas, Olivia, Bennett, and James. Her first children’s book, “Itsy Bitsy’s Story of Perseverance,” was published this year and demonstrates the power of hard work and belief in oneself. These values resonate within the spirit of NDM Hospitality.
