Derek was brought onboard in the summer of 2015 to open Encore Resort at Reunion West. During this time, he was on the leading edge to startup Luxury Residential Resorts in 2016. As Corporate Director of Engineering, he currently oversees operations for NDM Hospitality managed resorts and Rentyl Resorts properties, including project management for new resort development.

Derek came to us from Blue Star Resort & Golf, opening and managing resort clubs in the Central Florida area for Shea Homes communities.
