Steve began his career with NDM Hospitality in 2016 and continues to be the Vice President of Business Development. Steve has over two decades of experience in Real Estate/Construction Industry. He has specialties in New Home Sales, Luxury New Home Construction, General Real Estate, Sales Management and Sales Training. He has experience with Green building and has held certifications as a Florida State Energy Rater and Certified Green Professional.

Steve is currently an active License Real Estate Broker, Licensed Community Association Manager, and has completed education for the designations from the National Association of Realtors in Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist. Steve has background in aviation and Federal Law Enforcement.
