Vince is a Hospitality Professional with 40 years of extensive experience and successful career progression with both major and independent Hotel companies. Vince earned his bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, in Rutherford, New Jersey. Upon graduation, he was accepted into the Corporate Management training program with Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Vince enjoyed 14 years of progressive promotions within Hyatt, holding department head roles in Housekeeping, Front Office, Reservations, along with Rooms Executive level positions at 4 different Hyatts, including a Regional Rooms Executive role in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
Interstate Hotels Corporation recruited Vince in 1995 and he became the General Manager at the Harrisburg Marriott Hotel and then promoted to the Memphis Marriot East Hotel, as General Manager, working with Interstate for 7 years.
Vince then launched his own Hotel Restaurant Management Company in Memphis Tennessee, where the company ran a Food Service operation in a major office building, downtown, which included, a 135-seat restaurant, private dining room areas, a Starbuck’s concession and catering for the building which had over 1400 tenants.
He also opened the Wyndham Bonaventure Resort, Spa and Conference Center in Weston, Florida, as Hotel Manager. This property was a condo Hotel conversion with 250, two-bedroom units.
Recruited by Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Vince became the Hotel Manager at the complexed Sheraton Yankee Trader and Yankee Clipper Hotels on Ft. Lauderdale Beach Florida. In 2007, he was promoted to opening Hotel Manager at the 700 room Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort in the Bahamas. The property was converting from an all-inclusive Radisson brand to a full-service Sheraton, within Starwood.
Vince also held General Manager positions on the islands of Tobago, as opening GM of the 178 room Magdalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort and at Coco Reef Resort, a 64 room, 4-star boutique property on the island of Bermuda.
Vince most recently held the position of General Manager at the Hilton at Resorts World, on the island of Bimini, Bahamas, managing a 300 room Hotel, 2 Marinas, villas rentals, multiple F&B venues, retail shops, and a newly constructed World Class Beach Club, designed for up to 3000 Cruise Ship passengers.
