In 2009, Michael Parisi started his hospitality career at Pizza Hut in Tallahassee as a cook/delivery driver while taking classes at Tallahassee Community College. In 2010, he moved back home and helped open an Outback Steakhouse in West Boca Raton. Working there for 3 years he mastered several positions; server, line cook, and kitchen expo manager.
Michael Parisi attended Palm Beach State College where he achieved a Machining Technology Certificate at the top of his class in 2013. He then joined with his brothers at Plastimold Products, a family owned plastic/metal manufacturing company. After a year, he shared his knowledge that he gained at school with his brothers, so they could use it to their advantage, and joined the NDM team in July of 2014, starting from the bottom at the 17th St. Causeway BurgerFi. After several months of hard work and dedication, Michael was promoted to Manager.
In February of 2015, Michael was promoted to Director of Marketing for NDM Hospitality. As a team, NDM earned the award for highest comp sales in 2015–2016 for one of the BurgerFi locations. Michael was then promoted to Assistant Director of Operations for NDM BurgerFi. As Assistant Director, Michael and the NDM team earned the Franchisee of the Year Award in 2018 and Hospitality of the Year Award in 2019. Michael was then promoted to his current position of Regional Director of Marketing for several resort properties under the umbrella brand Rentyl Resorts.
