James Mahanpour was first introduced to the restaurant industry at his parents’ restaurant growing up in New York city. He Later moved to Orlando and began work with Universal Studios as a cashier and worked his way up to a Food & Beverage Manager. Most recently, James joined Encore Resort shortly after opening. From day one, he has assisted on developing training programs and working with the Director of F&B on developing exciting food & beverage offerings for all the guests at the resort. James has helped introduce some exciting new handcrafted cocktails to the bars that showcase our gastronomical approach on fresh, fun and eclectic food.
