How Does LRR Differentiate?
LRR only manages properties in Branded Vacation Home Resorts. The definition of Branded Vacation Home Resorts would be: Vacation Home communities with centralized amenities, standardized branded accommodations, resort services, experience to combines the comforts of home & experience of a resort, with a brand essence, look, and feel that will be replicated in all future brand locations.
Standards Matter. The vacation home resorts where LRR manages properties must have brand standards, rate standards, and consistency of accommodations. These brands will appeal to specific consumer groups that will expect to see a consistent product, rate, and experience every time they visit one of these brand locations. These resorts will not have individual owners and non-professional companies operating under the brand trademarks & name.
Revolutionary Marketing. Our marketing approach is multi-faceted. We are utilizing domestic and global approaches to attract renters from all over the world. We invest a considerable amount of time and money in all forms of marketing ranging from social media, online digital, online video, SEO, Traditional print & TV, PR, & much more. We have an in-house team that focusses on these initiatives and how to better engage with our consumers so that we can generate the highest conversion of bookings to maximize ROI for our owners.
Owner Communication. Owners will have access to their financial statements through the online owner’s portal. LRR will also provide ambassadors to all of our owners. These ambassadors are the owner’s point contact for any and all questions, needs, or owner bookings.
Resort Involvement. At many of the resorts where LRR has homes in the rental program we also manage other resort services & experiences. These management capabilities range from food and beverage, aqua park management, club accounting and membership, front desk, concierge, housekeeping and maintenance, & much more. This involvement with resort management helps us create efficiencies and have better impact on the overall guest experience leading to higher guest satisfaction and return rate.
No Management Fee. We charge no additional management fee above and beyond our commission split with the owner.
Worldwide Sales Team. We have a group and wholesale sales team around the world. We have two international representatives based in Europe and South America. We also have a robust team focused on different areas of group business & a wholesale expert that coordinates all of our wholesale and tour operator business.
